Spicy Guacamole

I LOVE guacamole! I will eat it for breakfast over toast, for lunch or dinner on a sandwich, nachos, burritos, or tacos and as a snack with chips or veggies. I may even eat it straight out of the bowl with a spoon if I didn’t have anything else to put it on! That being said, a few years ago I visited a Mexican restaurant here in Nashville and had the best guacamole that I had ever had in my entire life. Once I got home I started researching recipes all over the internet trying to come up with something that tasted similar to what I had enjoyed at the restaurant and I came up with a recipe that I am extremely pleased with.

Spicy Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 Avocados halved, seeded, peeled & mashed
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 Jalapeños chopped
- 2 Radish minced
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- ½ Purple Onion diced
Instructions
-
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
To keep left over guacamole from turning brown overnight store it in an air tight container. The trick is to smooth it down with the back of a spoon and then carefully pour water over the top until it is completely covered with a thin layer. Put it in the refrigerator and when you are ready to enjoy it again pour the water out, stir it up, and dig in!

Looking forward to trying your recipe
