Air Fryer Garlic Fries

Today for lunch I really wanted fries so I decided to experiment with the air fryer to see if I could create my own version of garlic fries. I’m pretty proud to say that they turned out so GOOD! I thought I’d write up a quick little blog post to share how I did it if anyone else wanted to try them out.

Air Fryer Garlic Fries
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Potatoes (peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- Trader Joe's Onion Salt
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
-
Place your cut potato slices in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and onion salt. There are no set amounts for seasoning, just use what you prefer.
-
Set the air fryer to 400º for 20 minutes and add your potatoes
-
Stir your fries around twice during the cooking process so they get good and crispy on all sides
Recipe Notes
- Crispiness is up to you! If the fries aren’t as crisp as you like them when the time is up you can always add a little additional cook time.
- Experiment with seasonings and if you don’t like garlic you can leave it off and just have regular fries!
