Unicorns are everywhere these days and inspired recipes and fun crafts are popping up all over social media. This past week I had three of my favorite little kiddos here spending a few days with me and it presented the perfect time to try making this fun Unicorn Candy Bark. It’s a super easy and fun project for kids to help with or for older kids to do all by themselves.

Unicorn Candy Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 packages White Candy Melts
  • 1 package Purple Candy Melts
  • 1 package Blue Candy Melts
  • Sprinkles of Your Choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of wax paper for pouring the melted candy out on.

  2. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt 2 packages of white candy melts according to the instructions on the package.

  3. In two additional microwave safe bowls, melt half a bag of blue and half a bag of purple candy melts.

  4. Pour the melted white candy out onto the wax paper and spread it out evenly

  5. Next drop spoonfuls of the colored melted candy on top. Make sure that you have all of your candy colors melted and ready to use at the same time so that they are all soft enough to work with.

  6. Swirl together the colors using a toothpick or the end of a knife. Be careful not to press it down all the way so that you are only swirling the top layer.

  7. Lastly decorate your candy bark with the sprinkles of your choice. Use as many or as little as you like.

  8. Allow the candy bark to harden completely and then peel it off of the wax paper, break it into pieces, and enjoy!
