Ceasar Dressing
Ingredients
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
-
In a small food processor, pulse the garlic cloves until they are minced
-
Add in all ingredients except for the black pepper and pulse until well mixed
-
Add ground pepper to taste
Recipe Notes
- Sometimes I add 4 garlic cloves depending on their size because I like my dressing really garlicky.
- A little goes a long way! This dressing is bursting with flavor so it doesn’t take much to dress your salad.
- I use Hellmann’s mayonnaise because I don’t want my dressing to have any added sweetness from a sweet flavored mayonnaise.
