Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops
A few weeks ago I was thinking back to our Disney trip and the amazing caramel chocolate apples that we enjoyed while sitting on Main Street USA waiting for one of the parades to start. The apples were dipped in caramel and then dipped in chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate, and rolled in pecans. They were so delicious! I decided to recreate the apples in bite-sized bits perfect for sharing and serving at parties and holiday get-togethers. These chocolate caramel apple pops are so easy to make and easy to enjoy.

Since I was making these apple pops just to satisfy a sweet treat craving, I used three apples and sliced each one into 4 pieces. I also used a microwavable chocolate for quick and easy dipping.

I cut a small slit in each slice and inserted a cake pop stick. After the chocolate was melted I dipped each slice and laid them out on wax paper.

While the chocolate was still soft, I sprinkled them with chopped pecans.

After the chocolate had hardened, each slice got a drizzle of caramel and was ready to enjoy!

I’m thinking about different topping combinations that I can try out next time! I’d love to do some type of chocolate peanut butter combo. What toppings would you put on these? Let me know in the comments below. Red & green M&Ms would be so cute for Christmas!
