Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 boxes mini fillo shells
  • 1 1/2 lb boiled chicken, shredded
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup favorite hot sauce ( I used Tabasco)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ

    Mix together shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and hot sauce.

  2. Spoon mixture into mini fillo shells and place on a baking sheet

  3. Bake until warmed, approximately 10 minutes
